Syndicated Parenting Humor Writer Wins Second Place In "America's Funniest Humor" Contest
Los Angeles, CA (August 19, 2005) -- Syndicated parenting humor columnist, Lisa Barker, "Jelly Mom," is the second place winner in HumorPress.com's "America's Funniest Humor"(TM) June/July 2005 Contest, earning a $50 cash prize and publication online and in print.
Barker's entry, "Summer Vacation Fun," which is a hilarious perspective on summer family fun on a super-tight budget! It is drawn from Barker's own childhood experiences as well as her experience as a stay-at-home-mom to five children.
